In a speech given by Arkansas Senator, Tom Cotton compared the Republican nominee and former President Donald Trump's vision of America to the same line as Former President Ronald Reagan. Both presidents are similar in their words and supposed goals for the country and appeal to the masses. However, the differ on actions and intent.
