This is a great fact check, I think something that really could have added to it is the recent stunt that 49ers DE Joey Bosa pulled. Bosa wore a MAGA hat during another players interview and has yet to face consequences for his actions.

How do you feel about Nick Bosa wearing the MAGA hat after the Cowboys game? Do you think the NFL should hold him responsible to the rules the fans face? While it technically was worn after the game, it was on national TV which is the reason why fans are not meant to wear it.

That is true to a sense While the NFL has specific rules for players on wearing political clothing and speaking about politics in the NFL facilities and stadiums, just as said in the article above and another article from MSN, which is a kind of center for different news sites.MSN is considered to be reputable. The MSN article does confirm that "promotional materials not approved by the Bills" which similar language is used in the original article, but I would change the title so that it is less misleading because it is up to the stadiums to decide what can and cannot be worn at the game.
