This claim is false!  According to CBS, 

"Social media users are claiming Kamala Harris voters from New York City are being bused to vote in Pennsylvania." 

CBS is claiming that this is false! Even though there were many pictures of Harris campaigners next to busses on the way to Penn, this was later reported to be canvassing for their incumbent.

This claim is false. In the election Harris did not bus voters from New York to Pennsylvania.

After reading the guidelines each state has for voting more than once, it clearly states you cannot vote more than once. Let alone across state lines.

While it is possible to be registered in more than one state for the election, voting in more than one state is considered an illegal act and felony. The penalty for this varies from state to state but they all include jail time for this action, accoring to The New York Times.
