The count has been confirmed by many sources such as the Associated Press (https://apnews.com/projects/election-results-2024/), who have been doing this for 170 years and they explain how they count such votes with (https://apnews.com/article/ap-race-calls-presidential-election-winners-0fd480f8ba2f37d0439b76e0c7071413). NBC is also found to have the same results (https://www.nbcnews.com/politics/2024-elections/president-results). Although the election results have all but been confirmed now, they are still subject to recounts and the final confirmation, so take that into consideration.
