The title is correct. According to the article you linked, teachers from Albany, Oregon held a "ready to strike" rally after a mediation session with the school district. The Greater Albany Education Association (GAEA) pointed out the importance of securing fair contracts for teachers and focusing specifically on classroom size, which was an important addressed in the mediation. GAEA President Dana Lovejoy noted the strong community support this strike. The rally featured speeches from local union representatives and concerned parents, many of whom expressed solidarity with the teachers’ calls for smaller classrooms and improved resources for students with behavioral challenges.

Other articles, such as this one from Katu 2 ABC says the same thing. There is also video footage to supplement these articles, such as this clip from KPTV FOX 12.

This answer is very clear and easy to follow. You did a great job summarizing the source and  including key points to support the claim to why teachers are going on strike. You also included more sources at the bottom of your answer which is super helpful and gives more conformation to the claim of this article.

This is a great fact-checking. Bringing in outside sources and broadening the scope of the claim strengthens it heavily, and proves your well-rounded understanding of the topic. Especially mentioning how the community stands behind the rallies gives good context to the reader for what to expect as a result from this. I would add to your analysis this quote from the KATU ABC article: "Teachers are asking for smaller classrooms and better resources for students with individual behavioral needs." This gives more specific reasoning for the strike, and helps readers understand exactly what the teachers are fighting for.
