Your claim isn't entirely accurate, as the webMD article states that there is potential for technology like this to exist, however it is not in fruition yet. It appears that this person's claim was that there is no good tech to maintain or manipulate your sleep schedule, so it confuses me as it seems that you agree. You say that there are things that can affect sleep cycles but we don't have methods to intentionally improve them through technology, which seems to be an agreement with the claim, not evidence that it is misleading.
