This claim is completely false and made up. I was not able to find any sources or articles stating that this was even a topic or issue. The article that is above is from a social media service called Bluesky and isn't a reliable source at all. It is a social media platform where anyone can post comments or takes on any issue they want to. I looked into the author of this post that said Hillary Clinton harmed 300,000 undocumented children and they are posting crazy posts that aren't backed up by sources or credible people.
