This appears to be true. This claim is verified by CNN and was posted on their twitter account. It gives the full claim and story behind it. There is no reason to believe this is a lie and it is open public information to all.

This is true. The information above was pulled from the new social media platform BlueSky, a Twitter, or X, competitor. The post was publicized by CNN including a link to the report. According to Karinia Tsui, a CNN reporter, eleven children were employed by "a third party, Oklahoma-based, sanitation contractor", all having to endure hazardous working conditions at a pork processing plant in Sioux City, Iowa. Since federal law bans children under 18 from working dangerous jobs, the company, Seaboard Triumph Foods (STF), the children did not list their ages. This is the second time, this year, STF has been under investigation for hiring children to carry our dangerous work.
