According to Karinia Tsui, a CNN reporter, eleven children were employed by "a third party, Oklahoma-based, sanitation contractor", all having to endure hazardous working conditions at a pork processing plant in Sioux City, Iowa. Since federal law bans children under 18 from working dangerous jobs, the company, Seaboard Triumph Foods (STF), the children did not list their ages.
