While the discussion of owner changes is much more plausible, a world where Tik Tok doesn't exist is completely out of the question. Misinformation.

This is a great take and resource. TikTok has been claimed to be banned numerous times in the past five years but has never been followed through. Although the US has been gunning to ban this platform I agree with your claim that it is unlikely to happen due to false claims in the past and the policy never having enough votes! Thanks!

This claim as of today has been confirmed to be true due to this article as Tiktok loses the court appeal meaning that it is on track of getting banned by 2025. By law, tiktok will be banned from the united states by Jan 19 2025. Their only chance of being able to sustain in the united states is if the company is bought by a different owner.
