Mitch McConnell is still very much alive, and was fighting with Rand Paul over the language of an agricultural funding bill as recently as last Tuesday (8/26), and was recently interviewed with the Lexington Herald-Reader, which was published today (9/2). Further, no major news outlets have reported on his death.
