The drone threats in the United states are increasing and the government is not keeping up with it. Senetor Tom Cotten expressed his concerns about how with so many drones nowadays flying over millitary bases, border lines , and public events, most agensies are held back from stopping them becuase of pervious outdated laws. Although most drone owners are just people enjoying free time some may be linked to criminal or terroristical groups which can raise the overall risk of attacks withen U.S. soil and illegal survalience. Recent data showed hundreds of drone related incidents have happened over millitary bases and lots more near the southern border. To add on, the government shutdown delayed key drone protection agencys which showed how unpreppared they were. Senetor Tom Cotten and many others argue that unless new laws are passed soon and with the ongoing issue with the lack of support needed to be ready
