Anyone who has been paying attention to the recent news about the Epstein files knows that President Donald Trump has been against the release of the files. In a recent article by BBC, explaining Trump's change of tune, “Trump wrote on Sunday night that Republicans in the House of Representatives should do so ‘because we have nothing to hide’". This is interesting seeing as though the President himself had been preaching the idea that this call to action was a distraction technique created by the Democratic party. With this new news, the House will have enough votes to pass the bill and release the documents.

In the NBC update published on November 17th, it is explained that President Trump would be willing to sign the bill if it is passed by the House. He explains that he wants to compel the Department of Justice to release the information and his sudden change of tune could get this done. The House is going to vote on this on the 18th of November and if passed, the public will finally see these files.
