When looking into this story, there are only about 3 different news outlets that are covering this story, the one that was quoted included. It is hard to tell if this is true as we are only getting the Russian side of the story, and there is NOT a lot of coverage. Based on previous events it is likely that this is just satire and is misleading, as Russia is known for making allegations on the U.S. like these. According to International Business Times, Russia made similar claims in May of last year. I have attached the other two sources to this post.
