This claim is false.

Joe Biden is not senile and does not have dementia. According to an article from ABC News, Joe Biden received a physical on February 16th 2023 and was declared fit for duty.

The ABC News article includes a memo from president Bidens physician Dr. Devin O'Connor which reads, "President Biden remains a healthy, vigorous, 80-year-old male, who is fit to successfully execute the duties of the Presidency, to include those as Chief Executive, Head of State and Commander in Chief.

Kamala Harris remains Vice President of the Untied States and serves under Joe Biden.

The article from the claim is from Sahara Reporters, a Nigerian news publication based in New York. The article is about the comments made by Femi Fani-Kayode who is a Nigerian politician. The comments by Fani-Kayode were a prediction made in March 2021 and do not originate from U.S. government officials.

This claim is false.

According to a New York Times article, Kevin C. O’Connor, who is the president’s physician, stated President Biden, “fit to successfully execute the duties of the presidency, to include those as chief executive, head of state and commander in chief.” This would make your claim false as the President has been deemed healthy to serve as President.

Additionally, the article does note that Dr. O’Connor stated that a “neurologist was among the team of doctors who examined Mr. Biden as part of his physical,” and he was still deemed to be "fit" to "execute the duties of the presidency.”
