The claim is FALSE. Biden was not given the middle finger while visiting, or at least not in this photo. According to the source given by MSN, which gives the original source of the photo, this photo you're seeing has been altered.

"The original photo, posted on the U.S. Embassy & Consulates in China website, shot during the president's visit to Warsaw, Poland, was changed to make a member of his audience who was giving him two thumbs up the appearance of doing quite the opposite."

Nice work linking to the original photo on the embassy's website and explaining how a thumbs up was changed to a middle finger.

This is an altered image. According to an article from AP News, the man is giving President Biden a thumbs up, and not a middle finger. The source included the original photo that had been posted by both Biden and the White House after his address in Poland.

This claim can be refuted by this article:

When Biden visited Europe earlier this week, Benny Johnson, a conservative commentator posted on Twitter a picture of an audience member giving Biden the middle finger. It has since then been viewed more than 200,000 times but data later shows that the photo was altered. According to the article, "The original photo, posted on the U.S. Embassy & Consulates in China website, shot during the president's visit to Warsaw, Poland, was changed to make a member of his audience who was giving him two thumbs up the appearance of doing quite the opposite." This proves how the picture was fake and this did not happen.

This claim is False.

According to The Associated Press,  a photo showing a man in Poland gesturing with his middle fingers at President Joe Biden was altered. The altered image began circulating on February 21st as a meme, and some versions contained the watermark of a Twitter handle that creates memes.

The original photos show an audience member giving Biden a double thumbs-up following the president’s address in Poland.

Both Biden and the White House shared the photo on their official Twitter accounts on Tuesday. The Associated Press also captured a similar photo of the same man giving Biden two thumbs-up.
