This claim is correct based on what Dentistry.co states about how the human race is evolving at a faster rate than it ever has before and "It reveals that babies have shorter faces – leading to smaller mouths and less room for teeth to grow". The article explains the reasoning behind why babies are being born without wisdom teeth now more than before. This claim is not misinformation and is backed up by the credible source of Dentistry.co.

This is true. According to Dentistry, the human race is going through a "microevolution" where babies are born without wisdom teeth. Experts say that the reason does not seem to be exactly clear but it can be seen as a microevolution as it is a genetic change in the human race over a period of time.

This is true. According to a new study in the Journal of Anatomy, the human race is evolving at a rate faster than it has done at any interval in the last 250 years. It reveals that babies have shorter faces – leading to smaller mouths and less room for teeth to grow.

The fact of the matter is that this is true. As humans, we continue to evolve at our own rate and this means younger generations will not have to suffer from having wisdom teeth removed. This article below by the independent explains the evolutionary path we have found ourselves on as a species. It may not seem like much but evolution has taken its course.

" “This is happening in time as we have learned to use fire and process foods more. A lot of people are just being born without wisdom teeth,” she said.

The research team also found an increasing prevalence of people being born with additional bones in their arms and legs as well as shorter faces, or with abnormal connections of two or more bones in their feet.

Ms.Lucas said the study demonstrates that humans are evolving at a faster rate than at any point in the past 250 years.

The investigation's authors suggested changes in natural selection could be the major reason for micro-evolution".

According to a study published in the Journal of Anatomy, humans are being born without wisdom teeth at high rates. This change in humans is occurring more often than typical human evolution normally does. Dr. Teghan Lucas, a professor at the College of Medicine and Public Health at Flinders University located in Australia said, "This is what we call 'microevolution of modern humans.'" In the study, Dr. Teghan along with his colleagues found that as human faces got shorter our mouths began getting smaller. This could be one explanation as to why people are born without wisdom teeth.

It is true that babies are starting to be born without wisdom teeth. Desert news posted an article on the matter and shared that microevolution is happening at a faster pace than it ever has before. This means that humans are being born with biological differences that can potentially benefit them over less generations than they have before. Scientists believe that the decrease of wisdom teeth is due to babies being born with shorter faces, resulting in them having smaller mouths. This leaves the children with less room in their mouth for teeth and ultimately causes the wisdom teeth to not be able to fit. This matter is close to my heart because I was a child who was born without wisdom teeth!

Going forward, you can dig deeper and find a source that hasn't been used (www.deseret.com has been used in multiple fact-checks for this claim). Overall, nice work and explanation though!

This claim is correct due to an article on sky news, human microevolution where over time human faces have gotten shorter and mouths have gotten smaller, as a part of natural selection and our increased ability to chew. This has resulted in fewer people being born with wisdom teeth according to Dr. Teghan Lucas from Flinders University.

This claim is true.

To simply not reiterate other answers, dentistry.co.ik states,

"‘Humans are currently in a relaxed state of natural selection. Our environment is considerably favourable to us,’ said Dr Lucas."

Basic reasoning for babies not being born with wisdom teeth.

This statement is true. According to Independent.co due to a rapid evolution that humans are experiencing, babies are being born with smaller mouths with less room for teeth to grow. "Dr Teghan Lucas, of Flinders University in Adelaide, said faces are also becoming shorter, due to changes in our diet, and our smaller jaws mean there is less room for teeth." The linked article gives background to even more changes being seen in babies due to the evolution of humans.

The claim, "babies are starting to be born without wisdom teeth" is true. According to Dentistry.co, the "human race is evolving at a rate faster than it has done at any interval in the last 250 years." This evolution is causing babies to have shorter faces, "leading to smaller mouths and less room for teeth to grow." Causing many new babies to be born without wisdom teeth.

The claim that babies are starting to be born without wisdom teeth is correct. The article mentioned that "‘As our faces are getting a lot shorter there is not as much room for teeth because of smaller jaws.’" This article was written by Dentistry. Dentistry is a website that publishes dental information and news for those working in the field. Additionally, Sky News posted a similar article. Doctor Teghan Lucas mentioned that "As part of natural selection and our increased ability to chew food, this has resulted in fewer people being born with wisdom teeth." Doctor Lucas is a professor at Flinders University who studies research on human osteology, forensic anthropology, and even human biology. This has led me to conclude that children are in fact being born without wisdom teeth.
