The video posted by D. Harrel seems this raising concerns about the lack of supervision and the handling of ballots. The speaker suggests that the lack of supervision could have potentially affected the outcome of the presidential race, as a significant number of ballots could have been processed during that time. The fraud claims against Ruby Freeman and Shaye Moss, and others were unsubstantiated and found to have no merit. We know from the outcomes of the investigation conducted by Georgia authorities, the FBI, and the Georgia Beaurou of investigations that there was no evidence to support the allegations of election fraud. As such it is important to rely on verified information and the findings of official investigations rather than unfounded claims.

Hi,
I thought this fact check was very informative. You provided three sources to back your claim, which I believe makes your point stronger.

I completely agree with the need to rely on verified information and the findings of official investigations rather than unfounded claims. The concerns raised in the video about the lack of supervision and handling of ballots should be taken seriously and investigated through proper channels. However, it is essential to recognize that the fraud claims against individuals like Ruby Freeman and Shaye Moss were thoroughly examined and found to be unsubstantiated. The outcomes of the investigations conducted by Georgia authorities, the FBI, and the Georgia Bureau of Investigations confirmed that there was no evidence to support the allegations of election fraud. It is crucial for the integrity of our democratic processes to base our understanding on reliable and well-founded information from trusted sources.

The video you included seems to lack credibility and presents a bias. While this video is from December 3rd, 2020 there has since been an official legal investigation by The Secretary of State in Georgia that was concluded on March 7th, 2023. The Report of Investigation referred to accusations in the video you linked above. This report includes 10 pages of details for the investigation, including a witness list, interviews of Ruby Freeman, Shane Moss, and all others associated with the investigation including the creator who released the video. The investigation concluded "All allegations made against Freeman and Moss were unsubstantiated and found to have no merit", which directly negates the accusations in the Youtube video you referenced. Additionally, the state found "The investigation did not uncover any violations." Therefore, there were no crimes of voter fraud committed by those accused in Fulton County, GA, and the Youtube video posted by D Harrell is misleading and has been proven false through state investigation.
