This is a complex issue because we are led to believe that the subject speaking in the video is an IDF Veteran who claims to have served on the border of Gaza. However, the first red flag is that he offers no further explanation as to when, why, for how long, any badges, or official proof that he served. What is also interesting is that he has many people in the comments agreeing with him. Obviously because his claim is that it was an inside job by the Isreali government to gain American involvement it can be easily dismissed. The source is not very reliable as it is Tik Tok posted by a user who doesn't seem to have any relation or track on the subject speaking. A lot of media outlets reported on the October 7th attack and the casualties on it, but none offering to say it was "fishy". The only interesting thing I found is a White House posting of President Biden's immediate address in which he defends Israel and their need for help, but our subject speaking does have that line up in saying the attack was allowed by the Israeli government to get American protection. The part he fails to cover is how he seems to think Gaza's attack force and military is weak and have little supplies, but other sources say there were missile strikes on Oct 7th. Which leads us into thinking it is biased. Overall I don't think that what he is saying is accurate or necessarily inaccurate, but we cannot believe the source with the evidence we don't have from him.
