This is true. The original video, found from the watermark on the video, was posted to X with the caption, "... a group of 'civilian' settlers dance and sing ... to prevent the entry of humanitarian aid materials to Gaza." Another video of this scene at a different angle was posted to X with the caption in Hebrew, "The Kerem Shalom crossing was blocked for the movement of aid trucks to Hamas. Take a good look at Gaza. We will still dance in your ruin."
Snopes posted a fact check on this and rated it to be true. Snopes added that Getty Images released multiple images of this protest. The caption on one of the images is, "Protesters dance as they block humanitarian aid entering Gaza from Israel on February 6th, 2024 in Kerem Shalom, Israel. For several days now, Israeli settlers have blocked trucks carrying humanitarian supplies to Palestinians in the besieged Gaza Strip."
The Washington Post released an article delving deeper into this with interviews from protesters and organizers, "But De Bresser and his three companions are determined to keep any trucks from getting through, and they aren't bothered if innocents suffer: 'War is war,' De Bresser shrugs."
