This was is a false claim. I plugged the same headline into google and saw multiple headlines that reported this was a false claim. USA Today reported that this false claim originated from a democratic facebook group. This news got spread on twitter which led to the false claim. According to USA Today it got shared over 2,500 times. What Trump originally said was that he thinks monitoring on abortion should be left up to individual states. He did discuss abortion and pregnancy, but did not make these claims.
