According to the AP News, the claim is false. Some of Walz's distant cousins have show support for Donald Trump -- not his entire family.

I for sure agree this claim is false or at the very least exaggerated. I would've liked to seen more expansion on your claim. I do also feel like these distant cousins are using their name just as a way to slander Tim Walz without having given anyone an actual reason why they are choosing to support Trump instead.

Additionally, the AP news article as well as other sources across the internet such as newsweek.com  and people.com mention that Tim Walz's sister, Sandy Dietrich, noted that she does not even know or recognize the distant cousins in the photo that have been exaggerated into "Tim Walz's entire family."

The claim shown here is that the entire family of Vice President candidate, Tim Walz, endorsed Donald Trump in the 2024 election. The evidence to support the claim was a tweet showing a picture of 8 members of Walz's family wearing shirts that read "Nebraska Walz's for Trump". According to an article published by Forbes, Walz's mother claims that the people pictured are distant relatives, mostly second cousins. Walz's sister also told the media: "We weren't close with them. We didn't know them". There was also more fuel being added to this fire as Walz's brother, Jeff Walz, told his Facebook friends that he "thought long and hard" about endorsing former President Donald Trump. He now wishes to remain out of any political campaign. In conclusion, the above claim is false because the people pictured in the evidence are distant, second cousins (none of whom the immediate family knows well) and not the entire family.
