Likely not misinformation.

I found the official court document that detailed the case and it checks out with what the article said. The Sheriff's office knew of the inappropriate relationship with Jane Doe in 2016 and the school cop wasn't fired until 2019.

I think it is really cool that you found the actual court case that corresponds with this case. Having the court case means the source is credible and given actual facts related to the claim. However, is there more information on if the police department got in trouble or why the cop kept his job after the original complaints and evidence?

The claim that a South Carolina school cop kept his jobs after sexual abusing students at the school is likely not misinformation. The Washington Post documents that the report of sexual misconduct came in 2016 while Bradley was not fired and charged until 2019.

I agree that this information is most likely true. I found this Washington Post article  https://www.washingtonpost.com/investigations/2024/09/03/south-carolina-sro-jamel-bradley-sentenced-child-sexual-abuse/   https://www.ca4.uscourts.gov/opinions/211771.U.pdf  and this course case. This is an overview of the whole incident, but it clearly states that the Sheriff's office was aware of the existing court case, but he was still employed until 2019 despite the lawsuit being active. This means that this claim is mostly true and not an exaggeration.
