You source seems very reliable to me because it is by the FDA and it states that caffine can be in a healthy diet but also caffine can be in items that you don't expect it to be but also advises against giving children and teens energy drinks.

Through the article's main question, how much caffeine is too much caffeine, the article goes on to explain it is more or less based on the individual themselves. The FDA is a very reliable and trustworthy source for questions about the products the average person consumes. It seems as though the new generation is consuming more and more caffeine with all of the different types of ways to consume it, this is a very up-to-date and interesting topic that I think a lot of people are questioning. The suggested amount of caffeine in this article is 400mg per day. After reviewing other sources they all recommend the same amount. The article also mentions that they advise against energy drinks for children and teens. As everyone is different it varies with if you're on any medication that affects this, if you're pregnant, or have any medical conditions. In conclusion, yes caffeine can be considered healthy for some people but also keep in mind the amount you consume and if you're on any medication.

I really like how you explained your reasoning in depth. However, I would include sources from where you got your information

This is a very good fact check. You include evidence from the FDA, which is a very reliable and trustworthy source to use for a claim such as this one. I like how you used data like the 400mgs to make your fact-check stronger and I like how you summed up the fact-check with a conclusion. I think, like the previous comment mentioned, adding the links to the sources you used will make you seem more credible.

Good job doing some cross examinations of the original source, to back it up!

The article explains that caffeine can be part of a healthy diet for most people, but overconsumption can cause health problems. Since the article is by the FDA and other sources claim the same, the article is reliable.

While I do completely agree that the FDA is a credible source and I trust it, I can't seem to find any other sources mentioned that back it up.

What are some of the other sources that claim the same thing? In the future it would be helpful to list and/or link those sources.
