Looking at the subject itself, with enough effort, major court cases like this can be found online and original source documents related to the case and the trial can be read through to verify this information. This is true. If you look at just the sources alone, CNN is a trusted source that has been around for many years and has proven to lack bias and is known to report truths. This also has been checked against other sources like the other article you linked, and the same information is being reported on. This is true and not fake news.
