This was a twitter post taken the wrong way. According to AP news, an article by Melissa Golden, Tweet spreads false claim that Chiefs' victory is 'on hold' for Mahomes probe, stated that "The claim was made by a single Twitter account that posts seemingly satirical sports headlines. An NFL spokesperson confirmed to The Associated Press that the claims are “absolutely false,". Emphasis on the "satirical sports headline" part is important because it shows that the headline was created to discredit Patrick Mahomes Super Bowl Victory by stating that he used performance enhancing drugs at half-time.

This is not true. This allegation comes from a satirical profile that perpetuated a rumor about NFL player Patrick Mahomes. Source from Reuters (https://www.reuters.com/article/idUSL1N34V1SS)

"Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes did not test positive for drugs following his team’s victory at the Super Bowl, contrary to claims online. A spokesperson for the NFL said the rumors were "absolutely false".

It was posted by a Twitter user with the name Simon Charles and the handle @S_CharlesNFL (twitter.com/S_CharlesNFL). The account is not labeled as parody but its bio, “Esteemed sports journalist & Patriots Beat Writer Double PHD in Journalism & Female Anatomy,” suggests it posts satirically."

This claim is false, and the original tweet is spreading false news that the Chiefs' victory is 'on hold'. The tweet came from a satirical "sports journalist" who is notorious for posting outlandish states regarding sports.

According to AP news, an NFL spokesperson said this claim is "absolutely false", and that Mahomes was not among the ones selected for performance-enhancing substances after the Super Bowl. Though Mahomes did suffer through an ankle injury in the second quarter of the Super Bowl, he fought his way through redemption and led his team to a victory over the Philadelphia Eagles.

According to this article, Mahomes was not one of the players taken for a random drug test, so he was never even tested in the first place. No one he could have been positive if he didn't even get tested.
