Biologically speaking, a trans woman is a man. However, gender identity is different from biological sex, and a trans woman's gender is female, not male. Because the claim is not entirely clear, this can be rated as opinion/ can't be true or false.

I thought that your first source was very resourceful, my first acknowledgment once I opened the document was that, this came from a legit source with meaningful information. They gave multiple examples on why trans woman aren’t considered to be men.

This statement can be seen as a very interesting top nowadays as changing your gender is more of a new topic that is rising daily. I wanted to speak on this statement a little because aside from politics and opinions I wanted to simply look at the facts when researching about this statement. I believe that this statement could go either way depending on if you're arguing based on biological facts or identity. When researching this claim, I found that there is a lot of evidence to support the statement using the idea that a transgender woman is a woman who was assigned male at birth but then I thought, “wouldn’t that still make you a man.” Therefore, there is a lot of evidence also connecting the idea that a male body will always have the features of a male and that their DNA make up will consist of XY chromosomes even if you “live your life” as a woman. Overall, with a scientific background on this claim, trans women are men and will always be. And, this claim is 100% opinion based even though I strictly believe the claim is true.
