This claim and response/explanation is extremely exaggerated, biased, and honestly just foul, but that's besides the point. I think that this claim is based off racial stereotypes from a clearly highly opinionated standpoint. When looking at crime and rape rates in South Africa  we want to look at data and evidence rather than opinion and prejudices. According to the NCJRS virtual library, racial and income factors play a part in deciding the average highest crime rates in South Africa. NCJRS quotes that, "Colored and African peoples who do not enjoy high standards of living have the highest crime rates." Notice the emphasis on how mainly people who are negatively impacted by poverty commit the most crimes. Meaning that this problem is mainly linked to socioeconomic status and not just race. This fact is true in many cases, that people living in poverty in industrial countries are more likely to commit crimes. I think that this claim creates harmful racists prejudices against people of color and suggests that all people of color are criminals and rapists which is so far from the truth.

After doing research, theres no clear data that states that 95% of rape crimes, and crimes in general, are committed by Black people in South Africa. This claim seems to be made based on how you specifically feel about the statistics. On South Africa Gateway, it says the population consists of 63 million people. The. breakdown of that is that there is 81% Blacks, 8.5% coloreds, 2.6% Indian/Asian, and 7.2% White. Just from looking a that, you can guess that many crimes are committed by Black residents because they are the majority of the population. But again, there is no concrete evidence or statistics that the Black residents of South Africa commit these crimes.

While this claim is already extremely misleading assuming reputable data, the source of this statistic cannot even be determined. After investigating the source cited, there is nothing to see other than a deleted post on BlueSky, a social media platform. When looking at official crime data from the South African Police Service (SAPS) and Statistics South Africa (Stats SA), there are no shown statistics that agree with the claim being made. Even if this statistic were true, it would still be very misleading, as South Africa has such a large majority proportion of black people in their population. So even if this statistic was true, it would not be any crazy remark to claim that the majority of crime is committed by the majority population group within a society. To go even further, crime rates are well understood to be much more affected by poverty rates, and not by any racial factors.
