The claim not washing your face in the morning could be beneficial for some skin types is definitely a consideration, but there's so much gray area here. For example, my skin is very sensitive, and I can’t go without washing in the morning or it results in breakouts, but I've seen others who can skip it and be perfectly fine. So, I think it’s important to view this suggestion as something that could be true for some, but not a universal solution.
